Bloomberg.com News is reporting in an article today that Rep. John Murtha had some choice words when asked about his comments recently that his constituents were "racist" for not supporting Obama.

Asked about his comments yesterday, Murtha said: ``Don't write that story -- you just write what I'm telling you.
``What are the issues? Jobs. The issue is the privatization of Social Security, the issue is health care,'' he said. ``I don't want to be distracted.'' Pennsylvania's unemployment rate was 5.7 percent in September, up from 4.4 percent at the end of 2004.
Don't want to be distracted by the rise in unemployment in your district? Murtha, Nancy Pelosi's biggest ally in Washington, is really showing how out of touch he is with his own district.
